To provide a filter bag for coffee or tea, which can be manufactured easier and can make coffee or tea while keeping a quality of an aromatic constituent and adding various kinds of desired flavors.

A filter bag is formed of a filter paper as a raw material. An aroma layer 3 for eluting an aroma by hot water is formed at a section touched with coffee or tea which is contained in a bag body 2 or at an outside of the bag body 2, or in micro capsules 13, each of which capsules can be molted by the hot water attached to the section in the bag body 2 formed in bag shape. When the coffee or tea is put into the bag body 2 and the hot water is poured thereon, the coffee or tea having the eluted aroma can be easily prepared because the aroma as a constituent is eluted and the coffee or tea with the eluted aroma can easily be prepared.
