Abstract:

To provide a filter for filtering oil in which an activated carbon is not biased by use and even a fine particular activated carbon conventionally difficult to retain can securely be retained, thereby to provide excellent filtering performance, and an oil filter device provided with the same.

The filter for filtering oil 3 includes a vegetable short-long fiber, a binder resin fiber and the activated carbon in a raw material solution of sheet making, and characterized by sweeping to mold and using for filtering oil. Further, the oil filter device 1 provided with the filter for filtering oil is provided with a filtering container 2 in which an installation port 21a is open at the bottom part and the filter for filtering oil 3 is mounted thereon, and an oil receiving container 4 for receiving oil filtered by the filtering container 2.
