To provide a filter for introduction of a physical foaming agent capable of suppressing vent-up and stably supplying the physical foaming agent to a starvation zone, a manufacturing apparatus and a manufacturing method for a foam molded product.SOLUTION: A filter 101 for introduction of a physical foaming agent includes: a filter body 102; and a plurality of fine holes 103 provided in the filter body 102. The fine holes 103 includes: a resin contact side hole 103a that opens on one surface side of the filter body 102 and contacts a molten resin; and a physical foaming agent introduction hole 103b that opens to the other surface side of the filter body 102, communicates with the resin contact side hole 103a, and introduces the physical foaming agent. A diameter of the resin contact side hole 103a is equal to or smaller than a diameter of the physical forming agent introduction hole 103b and is 10 to 80 μm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
