Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a filter medium which can make filter base material hard to be cracked or chip off as compared to a conventional one even though the filter medium is prepared using a fine ceramic as the filter base material.
CONSTITUTION: Between layers of main filter base material 1 made of a fine ceramic, another filter base material 2 made of a softer material than the main filter base material is inserted to give a filter hard to be cracked or chip off.
