Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce the time and to save labor for exchanging filter cloth in a filtration dehydrator.
CONSTITUTION: In the filtration dehydrator 31 composed of three processes of a process (1) to suck and deposit a solid matter in a suspension on a filter face 34 by dipping the filter face 34 of the filtration dehydrator 31 into the aqueous suspension to be filtered, a process (2) to a vacuum-dehydrate and through-flow-dry the deposited solid matter in the outside of the suspension and a process (3) to peel the deposited solid matter from the filter face, the filter face 34 of the filtration dehydrator 31 is constituted of a unit 32 mounting plural numbers of the filter cloth and each of units is individually detachable.
