Abstract:
To provide a fin fitting state inspection device which is used for inspecting a fitting state between a metal base and heat radiation fins in a heat sink cooling a heating body.
A fin fitting state inspection device 100 according to this invention includes: a first plate 1 serving as a basement; a second plate 3 supported in parallel with the first plate 1 through a space and positioning a heat sink 9 with heat radiation fins 92 facing the first plate 1 side; and strain detection plates 4, each of which moves perpendicular to a heat radiation fin 92 surface with a maximum area and may press an end part of the heat radiation fin 92 which is opposite to the metal base 91 side.
