Abstract:

To provide a financial load application device which enables a user to apply for a financial loan by using a transaction card issued from a banking agency.

This device is provided with an inquiry means 12 which inquires of the host computer of a banking agency whether the owner of an inputted transaction card corresponds to a prescribed loan object person or not, a display means 14 which displays an application picture for a financial loan on a display when the inquiry result sent from the host computer of the banking agency in response to the inquiry of the inquiry means 12 indicates that he is a prescribed loan object person, and an issuing means 15 which uses information inputted to the financial loan application picture displayed by the display means 14 to issue an instruction to prepare an application for a financial loan.
