There are provided an X-direction moving mechanism 10 which has an X-plate 11 movable in the X-direction is placed on a base plate 1 and a Y-direction moving mechanism 30 which has a Y-plate 31 movable in the Y-direction is placed on the X-plate 11, for moving the X- and Y-plates 11, 31 in the X-direction and for moving them in the Y-direction, respectively. The X-direction moving mechanism 10 has an X-supporting block body 19 for supporting an X-direction screwing operation shaft body 15 inserted therethrough, to be moved forward or backward on the base plate 1 along the Y-direction, and an X-rocking link 21 connected to the X-supporting block body 19 borne with the front end of the X-direction screwing operation shaft body 15 perpendicular to the end of an X-connection arm 22 connected to the edge of the X-plate 11. The Y-direction moving mechanism 30 has a Y-moving block operation part 39 linked to the Y-direction screwing operation shaft body 36 to be moved on the X-plate 11 forward or backward and fixed and arranged onto the Y-plate 31.
