To obtain a filled rubber powder which can be easily processed by incorporating a rubber matrix, a white and/or black filler modified with an organosilicon compound, and an additive for rubber vulcanization into the same.
This rubber powder comprises 100 pts.wt. rubber matrix, 5-250 pts.wt. white filler (e.g. a silicate) and/or black filler (e.g. a carbon black modified with at least one organosilicon compound selected from among compounds represented by formulas I to III, and at least one additive for rubber vulcanization and has a particle size of 0.05-10 mm. Zinc oxide, stearic acid, vulcanization accelerators, vulcanizing agents, polyamines, plasticizing oils, antioxidants, reinforcing resins, etc., are additives for vulcanization. In the formulas, B is -SCN, -SH, -Cl, -NH2, or the like; R1 is a 1-4C alkyl or phenyl; n is 0, 1, or 2; (Alk) is a 1-6C divalent hydrocarbon group; m is 0 or 1; Ar is a 6-12C arylene; p is 0 or 1; x is 2-8; and (alkenyl) is a 2-20C unsaturated hydrocarbon group.
