Abstract:
PURPOSE: To perform the finishing of a weld bead being produced in an edge part of a disk box safely as well as to promote the stabilization of quality in a finished surface by letting a rotary buff rock with the disk box edge part as the rocking center, and shifting this rotary buff in a direction of depth of the disk box.
CONSTITUTION: Supposting two rotary buffs 2a and 2b comes into contact with an edge part 9a, a detecting signal, namely, an energized current out of a current detecting means 8 grows large, and when this current is varied as far as the specified value, a transition stop signal is outputted to a driving means 4, stopping any transition fo the rotary buffs 2a and 2b. Rocking operation 5 is carried out in a state that these rotary buffs 2a and 2b comes into contact with a lower end of the edge part 9a with the edge part 9a as the rocking center, by a rocking means 5. On the other hand, these rotating rotary buffs 2a and 2b are shifted up to the upper limit position by a shifting means 6.
