To provide fire alarm equipment, such as fire sensors etc., provided with an insertion terminal device capable of easily confirming whether a linear conductor to be connected has been surely connected.

The fire alarm equipment is provided with a terminal support part provided on the fire alarm equipment; a terminal fitting supported on the terminal support part and electrically connected to a linear conductor; a contact spring for pressing the linear conductor inserted along the terminal fitting on the terminal fitting; and a terminal cover for covering the terminal fitting and the contact spring on the terminal support part. A shape of the terminal fitting is a shape, in which the tip end of the linear conductor is projected from a notch of the terminal fitting to become visible, only when the linear conductor is inserted to a position, where it is brought into sufficient electrical contact with the terminal fitting in the terminal support part. At least one part of the terminal cover is transparent, and an insertion state of the linear conductor into the terminal support part is visible.
