To prevent the execution of an emergency broadcast by abnormality of a water flowing detector and to execute the emergency broadcast when becoming a state surely determining it as a fire.
This fire extinguishing facility which has a water flowing detector 3 in a base end side of a secondary-side pipe 1 connected with a fire extinguishing head 2, and a water supply source 14 in the primary side of the water flowing detector via a primary-side pipe 12 is further provided with a pressure switch 19 detecting the pressure lowering of the primary-side pipe and outputting a pressure lowering signal, and a pressure switch 4 detecting the water flowing of the water flowing detector and outputting a water flowing signal; and when the both of the pressure lowering signal and the water flowing signal are input by the two pressure switches 4 and 19, the emergency broadcast of the emergency broadcast facility 20 is executed.
