PURPOSE: To obtain a lightweight iron frame member having the sufficient fireproofness by forming a fireproof covered layer by spraying the processing liquid which is formed by mixing cement, inorganic powder improvement material and water and stirring them, onto the iron frame member by the compressed air.
CONSTITUTION: The processing liquid which is formed by mixing 100-250 wt. parts inorganic power improvement material and water for 100 wt.parts cement is sprayed onto an iron frame member by the compressed air, and a fireproof covered layer is formed. Further, the specific gravity is reduced by adding the finely powdered paper which is formed by pulverizing and raveling waste paper, and the fireproof covered layer is reinforced by mixing the short fibers made of carbon fiber into the processing liquid. Therefore, the fireproof covered layer which possesses the sufficient fireproofness can be formed on the surface of the iron frame.
