Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a firing die used for a food firing machine firing a cup-shaped fired food and capable of regulating the rotary flow of liquid oil flowed out from a substrate.SOLUTION: Provided is a firing die comprising a female die 51 and a male die 52 combined so as to be opened/closed, the female die 51 has a recessed part 51a for molding storing a substrate, the male die 52 has a projecting part 52a for molding confronted with the recessed part 51a for molding and further pressing the substrate in the recessed part 51a for molding so as to be molded into a cup shape, and, on at least either the circumference of the recessed part 51a for molding in the female die 51 or the circumference of the projecting part 52a for molding in the male die 52, oil storage grooves 51b, 51c for storing liquid oil flowed out from the substrate are formed, and also provided is a food firing machine provided with the firing die.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
