To improve a hygienic property by forming a small bag contg. water and absorbent cotton which is of the same size as the size of this small bag and which is impregnated with oxydol as a set.

The first aid adhesive plaster 6 having a pad 5 and the absorbent cotton 7 impregnated with the oxydol 8 are respectively put into a package. One set is formed of a cellulose tape together with the water-contg. small bag 3. A user takes the water-contg. small bag 3 out of this set, opens such a small cut 9 as to be applied with pressure and vigorously pours the water to a wound, thereby removing the dirt. The user, then, takes the absorbent cotton 7 impregnated with the oxydol 8 and disinfects the wound. The user, thereafter, takes out the first aid adhesive plaster 6 and mounts the first aid adhesive plaster 6 so as to press the pad 5 to the wound to protect the wound. As a result, the washing, disinfecting and protecting of the wound may be executed in any place.
