To provide a fishhook-removing device capable of simply and surely removing a hook from a fish without handling the fish.

The fishhook-removing device is provided by bending one side of a T-shaped shaft to be V-shaped so as to provide a hook-receiving part and bending the other side by 90° to provide a fishline-pushing down part. The fish is released from the fishhook by using the fishhook-removing device and rotating the shaft on the condition of hanging a fishhook on the hook-receiving part so as to push down the fishline with the fishline-pushing down part to direct the hook tip end downward.
