Abstract:

PURPOSE: To rationalize manufacture by selecting a set of a check shoes formed of various sizes of transparent or translucent resin and insoles of various thicknesses and letting a customer wear it to apply check seals according to the touching condition, taking a photograph and attaching it to an order chart.
CONSTITUTION: Various sizes of a check shoes 1 formed of a vamp 1a made of transparent or translucent resin and several kinds of insoles 2 having different thicknesses are prepared. The check shoes 1 and insoles 2 which are likely to fit the feet of a customer are selected for trial wear. The touching condition between the feet and check shoes 1 is checked and red colored or yellow colored check seals 4a and 4b are applied according to the tightness of the touching condition. Then, after photographing, they are stuck to an order chart. In the order chart are written informations of customer's name, reception date, finishing date, material to be used, thickness of insole, items of cost, size of check shoes 1, adaptability, etc., necessary for manufacture. Thus, shoes fitting to the feet of the customer can be easily manufactured from the semi-orfered shoes.
