PURPOSE: To easily mount a fitting device even in any place or condition without receiving a limit for a fitting place by engaging a lock projecting part, which is formed to the tip of a claw to be projected on a fitting board, to a projecting piece, which is projecting in a case, with being freely attachable and detachable.

CONSTITUTION: Either a stand board 1' or a back board 1" of a fitting board 1 is fixed to a wall surface by a screw or a double-face adhesive tape, etc. For a case 2 to integrate a clock and a radio, etc., plural lock holes 3 are bored on the back surface and this case 2 is set to the fitting board 1. Then, plural claws 4 having a little elasticity, which are projected on the back board 1" of the fitting board 1, are inserted to the lock holes 3 of the case 2 and a lock projecting part 4' to be formed in the tip of the claw 4 is engaged to a projecting piece 5, which is projected in the case 2, with being freely attachable and detachable. Thus, the case 2 can be easily and exactly mounted and the case 2 can be mounted in the various conditions without receiving the limit for the fitting place.
