PURPOSE: To provide the fitting structure for a bolster with which a high-quality impression can be applied and manufacture is facilitated.

CONSTITUTION: A core 1 provided at the base end of a knif 4 is fitted to a handle 2, and the core 1 is inserted inside an inserting recessed part 2b of the handle 2. An inserting hole 5 is provided through a bolster 3 arranged at the tip of the handle 2, and the core 1 is inserted through that hole. At the base end of the bolster 3, a pair of engage pieces 6 are projectingly provided at both side edges of the opening part of the inserting hole 5 while being divided into two parts, and these engage pieces 6 are fitted to a fitting recessed part 7 at the tip of the handle 2. Calking holes are provided through both the engage pieces 6 and the core 1, and the core 2, the handle 2 and the bolster 3 are calked by calking pins 9. A longitudinally extended groove 10 are recessed at the tip of the bolster 3, and the base end of a blade 11 is engaged into this groove 10. The bolster 3 is molded by sintered alloy composed of bronze or white metal while using the manufacture of hot press.
