Abstract:

PURPOSE: To exactly fix the head of a pile by a method in which a pile is driven underground, the surrounding area of the pile is excavated to form a cylindrical hole, a casing is set in the excavated hole, and then concrete is placed into a footing portion, the casing, and the head of the pile.

CONSTITUTION: A pile 1 is driven underground, a cylindrical hole 2 is excavated around the pile 1, and a cylindrical casing 4 is penetrated and set in the excavated hole 2. Then, a cassette plate 5 is attached to the periphery of the casing 4, and underground beam reinforcements 6 are attached alike. A block 7 is provided inside the pile, a plate 8 is provided at the head of the pile, and concrete is placed into the pile 1 and the casing 4. Then, the base plate 11 of a steel skeleton column 10 is superposed on the plate 8 and fixed by bolts and nuts, and then concrete is placed in the footing portion 12.
