To facilitate fixed grip fitting work by fixing a grip fixed part in a contactless state with the end face and outer periphery of a throttle wire winding sleeve loosely provided at a pipe outward from the fixed part, by a tapered plug provided with a slotted groove of the fixed grip.

A throttle wire winding sleeve 3 disposed in an idling state at a handle pipe 2 is provided with an end face part 3a, and a tapered plug whirl-stop and locking protrusion 7 provided at a tapered plug expanding member 4 is adjusted to a fixed part tapered slotted groove 8. A tapered plug fastening bolt 6 inserted through from a bolt hole of the end face of a fixed grip 1 is fitted into a recessed part 12 for a hexagon nut and fixed being thread- inserted in a tapered plug fastening nut 5. The fixed grip 1 is therefore put in a contactless state with a moderate space to the throttle wire winding sleeve 3, so that a throttle handle part can be smoothly rotated.
