To reduce the noise or wear by inserting a locking and slippage- preventing bolt for a connecting pin to the insert hole of a bolt through an elastic member.

An elastic member 9 is formed into a cylinder with a collar 9a consisting of rubber or a synthetic resin, preferably, so as to have a taper part 9a for facilitating the insertion to the bolt insert holes 13, 14 of a collar 3 on the tip. Such elastic members 9 are fitted to the bolt insert hole 13, 14 of the collar 3, respectively, a bolt 5 is inserted to the elastic members 9, 9 and the hole 15 of a connecting pin 2, and a nut 6 is screwed to the bolt 5, whereby the bolt 5 is fixed to the collar 3 to lock the connecting pin 2 and prevent the slippage thereof. This device can be used not only in the direct insertion of the bolt to the insert hole, but also in the insertion through a spacer. Accordingly, the noise and wear caused by the sliding in vibration by the clearance between the bolt and the insert hole can be avoided.
