Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently discharge a surface of a belt member regardless of the motion state of the belt member.SOLUTION: A fixing device 100 of the present invention comprises: a fixing roll 101 which fixes toner on a paper sheet P; a pressure belt body 106 of which conductivity of an outer peripheral surface is higher than the conductivity of an inner peripheral surface; a pressure belt 105 which forms a nip part N between the outer peripheral surface of the pressure belt body 106 and the fixing roll 101 for the paper sheet P passing through; a fixing entrance guide 111 which is grounded and guides the paper sheet P to the nip part N; and a discharge member 180 which is supported by the fixing entrance guide 111 and grounds the pressure belt body 106 via the fixing entrance guide 111 by contacting with the outer peripheral surface of the pressure belt body 106.
