PURPOSE: To install a solar panel easily on a bolt roof, in which a roof surface is curved, by placing the solar panel on a U-shaped mount fixed onto a roof panel surface and fixing the solar panel through a frame rim fastened by a bolt.

CONSTITUTION: A mount 2 is formed in an inverted U shape by left and right vertical leg pieces 3, 3 and a horizontal upper piece 4 connecting the upper ends of both leg pieces 3, 3. A plurality of the mounts 2 are fixed by welding the lower ends of the leg pieces 3, 3 onto the surface of a roof panel 5. A solar panel 1 is bone directly by frame rims 6, and rim members 7 are connected in a square rod shape. On the other hand, mounting bolts 9 are protruded downward from the undersides of the rim members 7 in the inclined direction of a roof. The mounting bolts 9 are inserted from the upper sections of the boltholes 10 of an upper piece 10, and the frame rims 6 are placed on the mount 2, and nuts 11 are screwed from the lower side of the upper piece 4 and the mounting bolts 9 are clamped and fixed. The solar panel 1 is inserted and fastened to the frames of the panel 1 by bolts inserted from side faces to the rim members in the girder direction arranged in an inverted L shape.
