To provide a fixture for a measuring specimen useful for miniaturizing a water tank that even a person having few experiences of measurement work with an ultrasonic image measuring device can perform placing work for the specimen in a short time and remove a bubble and dirt adhered to the specimen.
A plurality of specimens 14 arranged longitudinally and laterally on a tray 11 and the tray 11 is put into the water tank, and they are used for a measurement device measuring the specimens 14 with the arrangement state on the tray. The fixture for the measurement specimens 14 is a cover member 21 provided with a plurality of threads 23 arranged so that a plurality of specimens 14 forming a row of a plurality of specimens 14 arranged on the tray 11 are cramped at least with one thread 23 and gaps where the adhered bubbles at the circumference of the specimens 14 bleed are placed. The threads 23 are elastic and presses the specimens 14 such as IC chips arranged on the concavity places of the tray 11 from an upper side with stretching so as to generate tension.
