A fixture 10 integrally fixes a bottom part of a support axis 18 which is formed by stretching one end of a wire-shaped member to support a revolving cylinder of a revolving lantern, and an intersecting part 21 of two retaining rings 19, 20 which are formed by fixing another end of the wire-like member to a bottom end of the support axis 18, making the wire-like member ring-like and by twisting it into 8 character shape. The fixture 10 has a plinth 12 which supports the bottom part of the support axis 18 and the intersecting part 21 of the retaining rings 19, 20 from below and arm parts 13, 14 which expand into both sides of the plinth 12, respectively, and are fixed to both sides of the intersecting part 21.
