This tool comprises a flexible member 1 made of synthetic resin in the shape of a fixed-width band where many perforations 2 are bored longitudinally and a plurality of clamps 8 capable of being planted into the perforations, and one clamp 8 is wrapped around the messenger wire 10 laid between the power distribution poles, and the above clamp is planted into the above perforations, whereby the flexible member made of synthetic resin is hung down from the messenger wire, and also several separate clamps 8 are wrapped on a plurality of cables 11, 12, and 13, and the several clamps are planted into other perforations in the above flexible member made of synthetic resin, whereby this fixture can suspend and support a plurality of cables with proper intervals.
