PURPOSE: To provide a printing accepting sheet which has excellent printing characteristics while holding high heat resistance, hydrolytic resistance, mechanical characteristics, chemical resistance, etc., normal polyester film and in which high flame retardance can be imparted, and ranks of UL-94, VTM-2 can be sufficiently performed.
CONSTITUTION: A printing asccepting sheet comprises a coating layer provided at least on one surface of a plastic film and containing a poly(meth)acrylic ester copolymer containing a reactive monomer, a polymer binder containing a cationic polymer as a main ingredient, and porous particles having oil absorption amount of 200-400ml/100g in such a manner that resin hydroxyl value of the poly(meth)acrylic eater copolymer containing the monomer is 40 or more. The plastic film is a polyester film in which linear polyesters A, C having a flame retardant element of 0.5-5.0wt.% and the linear polyester B having a flame retardant element of less than 0.5wt.% are sequentially laminated in a thickness direction in the order of A/B/C.
