Here, a conductive line 4 connected to the dry battery 2 is extended at a tip end from the grip 1 via the continuous light, the blink ON/OFF switch 3, the transistor, and the blink circuit 10, and many light emitting diodes 5 are connected in parallel to this conductive line 4 with specified intervals. Peripheries of this conductive line 4 and the light emitting diodes 5 are surrounded by a cylindrical reflection translucent polycarbonate film 6 and a fluorescent red reflex cite layer 7, and these are surrounded by a light transmissive hard plastic protection pipe 8 to be detachably attached to the grip 1.
