Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove flashing of a connection part between a roofing material end part and an exterior wall material end part above the end part without breaking up exterior wall material so as to facilitate re-roofing of roofing material.
SOLUTION: The upper end side of a drip cap throating board 3 at a roofing material end part is not directly fitted to backing, but a keeper end side 8b of a separately provided throating board keeper 8 with this elastic keeper end side 8b extended obliquely upward to the inside from the lower end of a fitting end side 8a, one side of a gutter-like member, that can come in face contact with the lower end side of an exterior wall material lower end throating member 7, is made to face the upper end side of the drip cap throating board 3 and pressed to the exterior wall material backing 5 side, and the fitting end side 8a at the other end is removably fitted to the lower end side of the exterior wall material lower end throating member 7.
