The resin component is composed of (A) a thermoplastic aromatic polyester by 100 weight portion, (B) a polyester block co-polymer composed of 20-80 weight % of a hard segment which is polytetramethyleneterephthalate composed of an acidic component containing terephthalic acid by not less than 60 mol%, and a diol component containing tetramethyleneglycol by not less than not less than 60 mol%, and 20-80 weight% of a soft segment which is polyester composed of an acidic component containing aromatic dicarboxylic acid by not less than 60 mol%, and a diol component containing diol of long chain with 5-12 carbons by 10-120 weight portion, and (C) a co-polymer of olefin-acrylic acid ester denaturated by a compound with glycidyl group by 1-50 weight portion.
