CONSTITUTION: A permanent magnet 19 is disposed in a chassis 1 so that a rotary shaft 13 is inclined by magnetic force to absorb the rattling between the inside diameter of bearing metals 12a, 12b and the outside diameter of the rotary shaft 13. Under a state where a bearing sleeve 2 is floated with respect to the central hole 1d of chassis 1, the bearing sleeve 2 is inclined similarly to the rotary shaft 13 in the opposite direction using an adhesive 36 and positioned in place before being secured by laser welding.
