Abstract:

PURPOSE:To easily and surely fix the positive electrode black mix by pouring insulating thermoplastic resin into a space formed between the inner periphery of an insulating gasket and the outer periphery of the positive electrode black mix and cooling and solidifying it. CONSTITUTION:Heated and melted polyethylene or polyorefin thermoplastic resin 6 is poured between the outer periphery of the positive electrode black mix 5 mounted at the center of a separator 3 and the inner periphery of an insulating gasket 4 with an injecting tool 7, the thermoplastic resin 6 is cooled and solidified to fix the positive electrode black mix 5, the insulating gasket 4 and the separator 3. The positive electrode black mix 3 can be easily and surely fixed in the production process by fixing the outer periphery of the positive electrode black mix 5 with the thermoplastic resin 6.
