Abstract:
To enable calculation of flatness of a work-piece with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A flatness calculation method calculates cutting force of a work-piece processing surface on the basis of processing condition information of a work-piece and a work model including information of a surface height of each measurement point of an unprocessed work-piece processing surface, calculates a displacement position at which each measurement point on the work-piece processing surface displaces in a surface perpendicular direction in processing the work-piece on the basis of the cutting force, calculates a correction displacement position by adding a surface height displacement value of the work-piece processing surface in releasing a clamp from the work-piece to the displacement position as a correction value, generates the prescribed number of virtual reference surfaces having a different inclination angle, generates a flat surface in parallel to a reference surface and going through the correction displacement position of each measurement point of the work-piece processing surface in each reference surface, selects two flat surfaces among a plurality of flat surfaces in each reference surface, calculates a distance between the two flat surfaces as a flatness candidate, and selects one flatness candidate among respective flatness candidates to be the flatness of the work-piece processing surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
