Abstract:

To provide a flexible blanking system with which blankings for arbitrary forms are continuously performed from a coiled material in production of many kinds and small quantity or intermediate quantity without a metallic mold with inexpensive equipment to efficiently produce products of high quality without failing a yield of the material.

The production line is composed of a feeder device 31, which feeds a coiled material 1 at a constant speed via an uncoiler part which rewinds and extends the coiled material 1 and a loop, and a machining part which has a laser machining device 50 having at least tow machining shafts, where the feeding direction of the coiled material is denoted as X-direction and the direction perpendicular to the X-axis 52 is denoted as Y-axis 53, and one or plural pilers 60 at the downstream side of the laser beam machining device 50. In the blanking system, the machining is performed while a supporting means of the laser beam machining device 50 for the material moves at a same speed as the feeding speed of the coiled material at the feeder device, and the feeding speed of the coil is corrected by the motion in the X-axis of the laser beam machining device 50.
