Abstract:
To provide a flexible tube for an endoscope whose structure for inserting the endoscope is simplified and whose manufacturing costs can be reduced.
The flexible tube for the endoscope is provided with a flexible continuous tube body 31 which is made of resin and has a rugged structure, in which a plurality of reduced diameter parts 32 and a plurality of enlarged diameter parts 33 are alternately and continuously arranged along the axial direction of a tube main body. Hardness of the resin of the enlarged diameter parts 33 is set so as to be higher than that of the resin of the reduced diameter parts 32.
