To provide a structure easily performing manufacturing of a floating caliper type disc brake, having excellent lay-out property with a wheel, and ensuring strength of a bonding part of both torque receiving members 31a and the mounting plate part 29 even if force is applied in a direction where the mounting plate part 29 is twisted.
Both of the torque receiving members 31a and the mounting plate part 29 are formed separately. On both of the torque receiving members 31a, a guide hole for slidably fitting guide pins 5b, 5b for supporting a caliper 2a displaceably in an axial direction is provided. Both of the torque receiving members are connected to an extension plate part 43 of the mounting plate part 29 by screws 45, 45 in an axial direction, thereby solving the problem.
