Black PP nonwoven fabric 14 is layed between a surface layer 12 and a felt layer 13. The felt layer 13 is composed of a felt upper layer 15 and a lower layer 16. The felt upper layer 15 is made of a low melting point fiber, and the felt lower layer 16 is made by mixing a low melting point fiber in a reproduced felt. The surface layer 12, the PP nonwoven fabric 14 and the felt layer 13 are integrally joined by the welding of low melting point fibers in mutually opposing layers.
