Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce the quantity of parts and the manhour for the assembly work and obviate the necessity of the troublesome operation when a lid is opened, by preventing the lateral deflection and the vertical movement of a lid at a closure position an, obviating the necessity of a lock mechanism, as for the floor console device of a vehicle which is constituted so that the lid is supported in a turnable manner at the rear end upper part of a console box.
CONSTITUTION: A bearing part 35 for elastically fitting a supporting shaft 34 installed at the rear part of a lid 17 is installed at the upper part rear end of a console box 16, and the bearing part 35 has an insertion/slip-off port 35a permitting the fitting of the supporting shaft 34 along the radial direction and is formed to a nearly C shape, and as for the supporting shaft 34, a projection part which is positioned at the insertion/slip-off port 35a when the lid 17 is at a closure position is installed in projection outward in the radial direction, and a fitting projection part 46 is installed at the front end part of the lid 17. At the front end upper part of the console box 16, a fitting recessed part 49 for the fitting of the fitting projection part 46 in the case when the lid 17 is set at the closure position is installed.
