To provide an air circulation type floor radiating air-conditioning system provided with the double floor structure capable of freely changing the setting of material characteristic of floor surface structural members in response to the air-conditioning condition of each room or each space of a building.

A floor radiating air-conditioning system is provided with a floor structural member 20 for forming a temperature-adjusted air passage 1 under the floor. A core material 22 as a floor surface structural member is provided with continuous grooves 24, 25 capable of being filled with a physical property adjusting material 27 made of optional raw material. The adjusting material is selected among the heat insulating material, heat accumulating material, high heat conductive material and extreme infrared radiation material. The adjusting material made of the appropriate raw material corresponding to the air conditioning condition of an air-conditioning area to be executed with the floor surface structural member is optionally decided, and various physical property of the floor structural member, especially, heat conductive performance, heat accumulating performance and the heat insulating performance are optionally set.
