To reduce the car noise, and to provide a floor structure at low cost, by forming the projections to be inserted into the holes made on a floor joist on which an elastic body to be loaded, on the elastic body at prescribed intervals, and screwing a screw seat mounted on the projection, from a floor plate.
A screw seat 12 penetrating through a projection 10a for fastening a car inside floor plate 8 and a floor joist 9 by a screw 11, is vertically mounted on an elastic body 10 having a cylindrical projection 10a to be inserted into a hole of a horizontal part of the floor joist 9. And the elastic body 10 is joined to a side of the car inside floor plate 8 by a screw 11, the projection 10a of the elastic body 10 is inserted into the hole of the floor joist 9, and the elastic body 10 and the floor joist 9 are adhered and joined, to obtain the structure where the floor joist 9 and the car inside floor plate 8 are not directly and mechanically jointed. Thereby the vibration propagated from the bogie to the inside of the car through a car outside floor plate 7 and the floor joist 9, can be reduced by the elastic body 10.
