To improve a scraping effect (squeegee effect) on sewage by flexible blades, by providing the flexible blades for scraping the sewage collected on a floor surface and inclinedly attaching it beforehand in the advancing direction of the squeegee.
A floor surface cleaner is provided with a squeegee 6 which is coupled with the rear part of a machine body 1 for absorbing and recovering sewage left on a floor surface into a sewage tank 4 by absorption force of a blower 10T. This squeegee 6 is provided with two front/rear blades 6b, 6c arranged in a case body 6a and, in this case, the rear flexible blade 6c has a guide 6x in the rear cover piece 6a2 of a cover body 6a so as to support it in an inclined state in relation to the advancing direction of the squeegee 6. When the squeegee is made to travel on the floor by coupled with the machine body 1, the flexible blade 6c is thus bent into an approximately S shape and advances so that this displacement is absorbed by two bent parts, even if there are some changes in the recess and projection on the floor surface, and so the sewage on the floor can be scraped in a stable state.
