Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow characteristics approximation calculation method wherein sufficient approximation is obtained to flow characteristics of a pneumatic apparatus.
SOLUTION: This flow characteristics approximation calculation method obtains flow characteristics approximated to measured the flow characteristics of the pneumatic apparatus in the case of subsonic flow. Letting P1 be a primary side gauge pressure of the pneumatic apparatus, P2 secondary side gauge pressure of the pneumatic apparatus, T fluid air temperature (°C), a be a correction parameter with respect to {(P2+0.1)/(P1+0.1)} when a volume flow rate Q becomes '0', b be critical pressure ratio, c be acoustic velocity conductance, n be a correction parameter (0<n<1), and m be a correction parameter for increasing the degree of approximation, the flow characteristics are obtained by approximation operation of the volume flow rate from equation (1).
