Abstract:

To provide a flow estimation system which appropriately estimates a flow state of fluid, traffic, etc., about even an unexpected phenomenon naturally at a normal time.

An estimating means 101 which estimates the operation state of a drainage pumping station based on a signal from a storm sewage catchment basin and a prescribed predictive parameter is provided with a sub estimating part 121 which estimate a flow state at a joining place of each storm sewer and an inflow trunk line and a main estimating part 111 which estimates operation support information and an operating means 201 which operates a predictive parameter is provided with a sub parameter operating means 221 that operates a sub parameter that is used for the estimation of a joining part flow state and a main parameter operating means 211 which operates a main parameter that is used for the estimation of the operation support information. Because this device corrects a predictive parameter itself and estimates the operation of a drainage pumping station by sequentially comparing the estimated result of a flow state of a joining part with a real measured value, it appropriately supports an operation of the drainage pumping station even about an expected phenomenon such as heavy rain.
