Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow rate measuring apparatus suitable for driving from a battery power supply.
SOLUTION: A flow rate measuring apparatus comprises a first temperature- sensitive resistor Rs1 disposed in the fluid, and a second temperature-sensitive resistor Rs2 disposed in the fluid in the downstream of the first resistor Rs1. A first power supply I1 supplies a constant current to the first temperature- sensitive resistor Rs1 and a second power supply I2 supplies an identical constant current to the second temperature-sensitive resistor Rs2. Switches S1, S2 connect a capacitor C1 between one ends a, b of the first and second resistors Rs1, Rs2 or disconnect the capacitor C1. The other ends of the first and second resistors Rs1, Rs2 are brought to an identical potential.
