Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain nearly the same function with a duty valve, to prevent a great decrease in response even if a flow rate to be controlled increases, and to simplify the structure. CONSTITUTION:While a sleeve 2 is rotated, a spool 3 is given a specific slide position to link a small hole 2a bored in the sleeve 2 intermittently with a triangular high-pressure groove 3a or low-pressure groove 3b formed in the spool 3. Then a flow rate corresponding to their linkage time ratio is outputted to an output port OUT.
