Abstract:
To make fluid flow easily into a measuring path.
An inner pipe 12 is arranged coaxially with the center axis of a pipe 11, when dividing the fluid flowing in the pipe 11, and the flow R1 is coaxially branched to a flow R1a flowing in a measuring path 13 inside an inner pipe 12 and a flow R1b flowing in an outer path 14 outside the inner pipe 12. By providing a resistor 15, matching the fluid resistance that the inner pipe 12 has at the inlet of an outside path 14 and suppressing the flow into the outside path 14, fluid is made easy to flow in the measurement path 13.
