Title:
FLUE GAS DENITRIFICATION EQUIPMENT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2015174004
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide flue gas denitrification equipment that has simplified configuration and besides can be operated stably.SOLUTION: The flue gas denitrification equipment for removing nitrogen oxides comprises an ammonia injection nozzle 14 which is arranged in a slant flue 2a connected to a coal burning boiler 1 and injects ammonia into the exhaust gas, a duct 11 which is connected to the slant flue 2a and flows exhaust gas from above to below, a partition plate 15 which partitions the interior of the duct 11 into a can front side channel 11F and a can rear side channel 11R, a denitration catalyst 12 arranged in the can rear side channel 11R, an exhaust gas circulation fan 17 which is arranged between the can front side channel 11F and the slant flue 2a and circulates the exhaust gas flowing into the can front side channel 11F by returning it to the slant flue 2a with a view of approximating the flow velocity V1 of the exhaust gas flowing into the can front side channel 11F to the flow velocity V2 of the exhaust gas flowing into the can rear side channel 11R, and an ash recovery hopper 16 which is arranged below the can front side channel 11F and traps massive ash D conveyed by the exhaust gas flowing at the flow velocity V1 and dropping down.
