PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique that can control the behavior of fluid.SOLUTION: A fluid control device comprises: a plurality of beams 4; and a beam interval adjustment mechanism 6 that adjusts the intervals of the plurality of beams. The plurality of beams are arranged along a reference surface. The beam interval adjustment mechanism adjusts the intervals of the plurality of beams by relatively displacing the plurality of beams in a direction along the reference surface. In addition, the beam interval adjustment mechanism adjusts the intervals of the plurality of beams by relatively displacing the plurality of beams in a direction perpendicular to the reference surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
