PURPOSE: To simplify an installation by providing valve cylinder having a slider which moves with a shape-memorizing alloy-made spring in a shell body and having low temperature fluid exhausted when it becomes a high temperature fluid.
CONSTITUTION: A valve cylinder 2 having fluid passages 2b and 2c, and a through hole 2a is arranged in a shell body 1 and a slider 3 is fitted in the through hole 2a. The slider 3 is operated with a shape-memorizing alloy-made coil spring 5 which contracts at high temperature and expands at low temperature. The slider 3 is operated with the coil spring 5, and a high temperature water is exhausted through a high temperature fluid exhaust pipe 9 when a low temperature water in the shell body 1 is heated by outside air to be a high temperature one. Accordingly, a low temperature fluid can be always supplied to a user and a water cooler, etc. can be made unnecessary.
